When Does My Player Arrive?
Now, if you are like us, you will want your new player straight away. So all items purchased on Sonix7.com are sent out 1st Class Recorded Delivery by Royal Mail from the UK and are usually received the next day! If we get your order by 3:00pm Monday - Friday will be sent out the same day. For orders received after this time, we will do our best to send out same day, otherwise they will be dispatched the following morning.

If you do not like / are not satisfied with an item you can return the item for a refund (excluding P&P) or an exchange providing it is in a perfect and resalable condition within 7 days of receiving it. Please email us at support@sonix7.com and we will give you details of how to return your player.
Now, of course you are gonna' want to try out your player, and this does involve taking out of the box and plugging it in. So be careful with it! The product must be returned in the condition it was received (with any songs etc removed). We reserve the right to refuse returned items or deduct a reasonable restocking fee if they are not in a resalable condition when returned. All returns must be signed for as players can get lost in the post.
12 Month Warranty
Oh My God, it's stopped working! Well, sometimes it does happen. So if at anytime during the first 12 month of your purchase, it develops a fault. Don't panic. Just send us a note at support@sonix7.com. And we will arrange for you to send the product back to us, for either repair or replacement at our option. If the product is no longer available we will do our best to offer replacement model, usually a upgrade or a refund.
This warranty covers all all defects in materials or workmanship of products, but DOES NOT COVER the following:
1. Damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from: Accident, negligence, misuse, abuse, improper installation, set-up, operation, or failure to follow instructions contained in your Owner's Manual.
2. Any unit which has been altered or on which the serial number has been defaced, modified or removed.
3. Normal wear, battery replacement
